I want to file complaint against nautica ro of jaipur for giving me defective water purifier (RO+UV). the product has 6 months warranty and has stopped functioning after 1 month of purchase. the company is not listening and no body is attending calls. sometimes when they do attend call they say aaj bhejta hu, kal bhejta hu but noboday turns up. the authorised service provider say i will charge you for service despite being in warranty period. the company is not ready to take the product back and refund me my money. Hence i have to file this complaint. please help me in getting justice.
