We have purchased microwave oven model 20SC2 from IFB industries , Kolkata . The system is now in annual maintenance contract with IFB Model 20SC2 . The AMC no. is 22804 dt. 04.02.13 and valid till 10.02.15 . The system is out of order from August . Information was given to IFB in August and complained was booked no. Of which is 11282328 . In spite of repeated phone calls about rectification to call centre as well as Kolkata service manager , nothing has been done by them and system is kept idle for about two months . Always they seems to provide some unacceptable excuses .
