Consumer Redressal

I Yogesh Poojari operating SB A/c.30777310108 Branch Vasai East -401205 in State Bank of India,. On dt.02/08/2010 I tried to withdraw Rs.5,000/- from Standard Chartered ATM nearby Thane West Station Road but amount has been debited from my account but i didn’t received any cash from the ATM machine. I had complain about this matter to the State Bank of India, they filled the form and assure me that i would get money within 20 days, When they didn’t turned up after 20 days, i went back to the bank, they told me that they didn’t get any feedback from Standard Chartered Bank / ATM Switch Centre Belapur and showed me a Ticket No-AT4292663434 on dt,01/11/2010, AT4292536620 on dt.24/09/2010 and AT4292430017, . It’s almost 2year past and still I am struggling to get my own money. I hope you will help me out to get back my money. ( ATM ID : s1cc01293902)
