Consumer Redressal

sir/mam i had been working with an organization (Bioniche pvt ltd) for last one year. But i have not received any prior notice and my salary and expense of the month had been not been released by the company, but after asking information from the company, regarding the same, they told me that you have been kicked out of the organization and submit your resignation to the company. No prior information was given to me regarding same. But after submitting my resignation to the company i have yet not received the salary and expense of the worked month. after calling and asking about the salary no satisfactory information is given by the concerning authority. please help me and with the help of this forum i want to know that why i am not getting salary and expense of the month despite of working.
