Consumer Redressal

i recived filled cylinder on 2/07/2013 and felt that cylinder is leak on 10/07/2013 and informed to gas agency.they not taken any action when came to deliver other cylinder refused to change the leaked sealed cylinder telling that less gas in it. i complained to Indian gas about they replyed \"We have adviced our distributor to check and submit report on the same. If the leakage is there,we will send the cylinder to plant & decision of PM will be final\" agency even though not taken any action. i again complained and got reply from indian \"Dear Sir, You have received your refill in July 2013 & not be used evev after two month latter.You may pl received cyls only after check & inform immediately to distributorship or at our customer service cell, Raipur getting any assistance required. Thanks\" cylinder is sealed till date. plz help consumer no 6222, agency anurag Indian jagdalpur chhattisgarh
