Consumer Redressal

My name is Sumit and this time being a consumer i have decided to exercise my right at last loosing all my patience.The issue is my Lenovo Thinkpad is lying without any display and i am unable to use it since August\'2013. I have complained them many a times and within this period they send an engineer once who came replaced the motherboard with a unpacked motherboard (may be repaired). Also as last time have ruined my touch pad so they took the responsibility to replace it too with a new Service Order number .So, after the engineer went i started using and after some hours again the display gone .Then i complained them again ,mailed them multiple times but they replied me everytime that when the engineer will come to replace the touch pad then he will check the system and touch pad is in transit. I am totally pinalized because of their so worst service.The problem is till now i am unable to use the laptop and my job is getting badly hampered. I have invested 33k on the laptop and i hav
