I have given an order request of 3 shoes & a kurti @ Rs. 698 online (www.yepme.com) on 12.09.2013. I was supposed to received it withi 10 days. But after regular followup when I didin\'t receive the order by 30.09.13, I asked for a refund & they said it will be refunded within 48 working hours. After continuous followup till 07/10/13 I am adresing my complaint to you. Now they are saying that once they receive the order back my money will be refunded and they do not know when they will receive the order back. They are unnecessarily harrasing me and blockinh my money. Even though it is a small amount, this is not accpetable. Kindly help.
