Sub: Serious Fraudulent by Samsung Dealer for selling duplicate Flip Cover
and taking extra charge for Head Phone of Galaxy Core GT-I8262
Sir/Madam,
I Pritam Paul, a resident of Durgapur, West Bengal would like to lodge a complain against the Samsung Dealer, (ICE BERG, Mobile Store, Benachity, Durgapur 13, Ph: 0343-6534313) for selling duplicate Flip Cover of Galaxy Core (GT-I8262) in the name of original and also taking extra charge for the head phone which is free with the Mobile Set.
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy core (Model No. GT-I8262) mobile phone (IMEI No. 357089052701424/2) from “ICE BERG Mobile Store”, Benachity, Durgapur-13, West Bengal on 11/09/2013. At the time of opening the box the head phone was missing and I was told by the dealer that I will be given the Head Phone within 2 to 3 days at free of cost but when I went to the shop after 3 days, they provided me the head phone with the extra charge of Rs. 200/- without giving any fair explanation for the same.
