my brother buy two wheeler three year before and taken loan from manba finance mulund.do to some problem he can not able to pay tree emi of loan they company taken the possession of vehicle within the week i paid the all charges of emi and cheque bounce charge and company fine and last year in feb 2012 that loan is fully cleared then i called company for gettting NOC of loan cleared and for hp cancellation but company refuse to give the same asking to deposit cheque bounce charges again and NOC charge 2500 rs.i send the receipt of amt already paid but company din not responding and not giving NOC .please guide me what to do.
