Complaint for Samsung refrigerator similar to that posted by Mr Selvaraj on 24-9-13. I too purchased a new refrigerator and found the jointing of the vegetable box that they call the big box broken. Complaint no 8441533603 lodged. Company rep refused to replace but requested for photo to be sent to supervisor who would send to senior staff for redress. Complaint pending since over 2 weeks no respite yet. To save costs the company has made the front panel of acrylic and the rear main body of cheap plastic and the locking of the two on one side has not been proper. This is clearly a manufacturing defect. The vegetable tray cannot be in any way mishandled. It is supposed to bear the weight of the contents of the vegetables and if it gives way the company has to fix the problem rather that to force the customer to buy other tray. Pl. help to seek redress or spread word to consumers at large not to buy Samsung products.
