While making payment for my examination form via internet banking , the process couldn\'t get completed although the amount has been deducted from my account. I\'ve also approached the institute & they confirmed that it hasn\'t been credited to them. My relevant details are as : Name : Pratik Jain A/c no : 20003503886 Branch : Tollygunge, Kolkata Date of transaction : 30/09/2013 Amount : 1450 Transaction reference number : IGM4892680 Mode of payment : Netbanking Mobile : +917209600886 The institute officials have doubly confirmed that it hasn\'t been credited to them & they told me to say the bank that money has screwed with payment gateway & that\'s why it need to be reconciled.
