Hi,
My name is Rajiv Kumar and I worked with ILFS group subsidiary company IPM&SL.Full Details are mention below.
Name - Rajiv Kumar
Employee Code - R98
Date of leaving the company is 15.07.2006.
IPM&SL is now A2Z Infraservices limited.
I applied for withdrawal of PF and submitted all documents in A2Z Company to the person and address mention below on 12th August, 13.

Now the issue is that I got a call on 25th Sept,13 from A2Z ( Varsha ) that PF is already withdrawn. I don’t understand that how can this be possible when I never applied for withdrawal of PF.
Please provide me the full details where the fund got transferred and on which account. This is a sheer negligence on the part of PF office .
Please respond ASAP.
