Consumer Redressal

Sir/madam, i purchased a trouser from a nearby shop i.e. Selection garments on 13-09-2013. After purchasing it i found that it have a manufacturing defect. I complaint about the same to shopkeeper, he repair it bt after one time use on 20-09-13 it get destroyed again but due to my employer order i went to lucknow so after returning i again went to shopkeeper to change it but it refused to change. In this way i get cheated please help.
