Consumer Redressal

This is the problem with TV Cable Service provider. Due lightening on 14th Sept\'13, STB developed fault & was taken away by M/s Ganesh Cable Network on 17th Sept\'13. Upon consistent follow up, on 25th Sept,I was advised that the STB is beyond repairs & I should buy new STB, for which I agreed & the new STB was installed. Now the Cable operattor is asking payment for the complete month. I have advised him that I will deduct 8 days charges for which he has not agreed. Please revert with your advice incase you deal in this type of problems. Appreciate you reply incase NO as well. Rgds Aniruddha Y.Abhyankar
