Consumer Redressal

Sir/Madam, My name is Prem Kumar Shaw.I have a complaint about a company Resume2excel.com,address-Resume2Excel Consultants Pvt Ltd L60 B, LGF, Malviya Nagar New Delhi - 110017. Suddenly a person name Rahul Mishra call me on 16th July and tell me a best job of my profile in near by my location Kolkata and i agreed after that he told me for registration which costs rs 1000/-and i paid rs 1000 through my SBI debit card and after that he told me a charge that is normal for resume verification that costs rs 2,300/- but i did not pay but he repeatedly call me and told me for this charge on 17th July i paid rs 2300 through my HDFC CREDIT CARD after that he again excuse me for other charge an i did not pay and they are not refunding my money. This is my humble request kindly solve this fraud case as soon as possible and refund my money and oblige. Thanks&regards PREM KUMAR SHAW
