I, Hillal Ahmad , dare to bring some facts before your good self for your kind consideration.20 1. That I am a Dish Tv Subscriber and my V.C Number is 01504192663. 2. My Registered Mobile Number is 9797207936.20 3. I Have subscribed for Super Gold Pack - (With two ala cart packs) worth Rs 285.20 4. I have recharged for Rs 480.00 on 06/08/2013.20 5. I have also recharged my V.C for Rupees 480.00 on 14/09/2013 as well as for Rs 250.00 via Mobilink vide Transaction ID 100228748482. 5. As per the telephonic conversation with the customer care of Dish Tv I am being told that my payment of Rs 480.00 made on 06/08/2013 is bounced on 09/09/2013.20 6. I argued a lot with the customer care that how is it possible that the payment will be bounced after a lapse of more than one month. 7. I requested them to give me the transaction ID under which the payment was first accepted on 04/08/2013 and than bounced on 06/09/2013 but the customer care refused for the same. 8. RECHARG OF Rs 250.00
