Consumer Redressal

I have become member of the BEML society on 10th Sept 2004, after making the membership fees of Rs 1,050/-. Further it was told that, land price will be Rs 175/ per sq.ft, I made the payment of Rs 2,50,000/- for a residential plot in BEML 10th A stage on 3/3/2006. Again on 25/03/06, I was told to pay Rs 4,10,000/- and with increased land price from Rs 175/- to Rs 275/- per sq.ft. I was also threatened that, my seniority will be lost if I delay the payment. Again I paid Rs 1,70,000/-and with increased land price from Rs 275/- to Rs 350/- per sq.ft. Again I made the payment of Rs 5,90,000/- on 11/8/10. With this till date I made payment of Rs 11.64 Laks. Since Society has delayed a lot, I requesed for refund but society is niether alloting the plot nor replying. With this my money is blocked. Till date interest component will be Rs 8 Lakhs Now how to get back my money, as I am facing financial crisis. Please Help me.
