i bought a eyeglass from Anup optician, gf 70, sushant lok vyapaar kendra, gurgaon in sept 2013.
shopkeeper recommended the frame and also gave guarantee and charged me rs 850 approx for glass and frame.
in 5 days, the frame got cracked on its own because of bad quality.
then we returned that product to shopkeeper and he asked for 5 days to check and replace via company.
after 1 week when we went to the shop, he said that it is damaged due to some pressure.
we explained him that it got cracked on its own in eyeglasses case. but he didn\'t listen to me.
he is refusing me after selling the product to exchange. also, he do not have knowledge about the product.
also the glass number is very high which is affecting my eyes badly.
i want to do case against him for the same and need refund of rs 850.
please help me.
