Consumer Redressal

I am grieve coz of DHFL who issued my original property papers to my husband who i was separated & he inturn used those papers for a sale transaction and misappropriated Rs 16,50,000 which he\'s absonded with. DHFL while handing over papers did not check his credentials as he was neither co-owner of the property nor carried any authorization from my side to collect papers on my behalf. Due to this error on DHFL\'s part, i not only lost rs 17L but also had to go through harassment & mental agony casued by so called buyer & police as he registered complaint. my estranged husband is still on the run with this money & DHFL inspite sending notices has not taken any actions nor acknowledged my agony. pls. help me recover my money & can i ask for compensation from DHFL. pls. help & advice or at least hear me out by allocating a meeting time / Regards - Neeru
