Sir, i am a consumer of Bharat Gas and my consumer no is 12307. I got this connection from Assam during my service in Indian Air Force Unit located there. I transferred this connection to Kuttanad Gas Agency in Alappuzha on posting to Delhi. Now I discharged from IAF and settled down at Ernakulam in Kerala. During transfer of subject connection to Ernakulam from Alappuzha in July, the agency told that they are unable to do the process due to some deposit amount issues. The documents alongwith empty cylinder and regulator submitted with agency. Till date the problem is not resolved resulting heavy financial loss to me and presently i am surviving without gas for almost for three months. please look into the matter
