Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, I am customer of TATA Sky DTH services. I purchased their Megapack. While at the time of purchase I was told that I will be able to view all the Existing and future channels and services of TATA Sky except Topper. But now they are not providing me their new channel Star premier HD. They are saying that I will have to subscribe it separately. Which is incorrect and I should be able to view all the channels as per terms at the time of purchase.
