Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, I have bought Xoloq700 handset on 3rd August 2013 but from the 4th day after purchase there was LCD issue which was automatically got resolved after one day & it was working fine but after again 15 days the same problem started. I went to XOLO service centre malad for service the Handset is under warranty they have checked & on work order they have mentioned that the issue is with color lining. LCD is working fine after checked for nearly half an hour. They told me that the handset needs to be sent to factory for check up but still no revert after 21 days. Also when I call at the service centre they are saying we will inform you once it is done. Kindly required your help to get these resolved at the earliest.
