i have ordered a ab slimmer on homeshopplus.com, i have already paid the amount through my credit card, on 23rd august 2013, but till now i have not received any products, so many time i gave a call on their given number, but no response one day they picked up and told they courier people has returned the product, after that they said tomorrow you will receive the same. but till now one month have been passed i have not received my product. what is the process to get back my money. from them. i am trying their number no one picks. please guide me.
