Consumer Redressal

Yolin Leisure Links, a Bangalore based club offered membership to me at rupees 6129.00 with special promotional offer of 7 Nights and 8 days free stay with family at Goa, Kerala, Jaipur or Shimla. although i was not interested, i agreed with the condition that i should get membership within a week and i wanted to visit Goa in the month of JULY 2013. The representative collected Rs 6129.00 on 3rd May 2013 and i received the membership card on 15th July 2013. There was just a card without mentioning the clubs i am entitled to, nor was there mention of free stay as promised. Card mentions of rupees 200 per month of maintenance fee. when i mailed regarding the issue, there was no answer. when i called up, i was told that the Free stay was when we pay higher amounts above 15000.00, which was never told to me while enrolling me. I wrote a letter to refund the amount for which there was a call from that side giving false assurance. Request to instruct them to refund the amount 6129 rupees
