videocon d2h never informed that there is problem when it rains or wind n connection is lost. i hav paid 1 year amt 4080. they r not refunding saying they dont hav such policy. i hav been cheated hav i knomn abt problem not taken that connection. hav taken on 16-09-2013. WHAT CAN I DO.
