Consumer Redressal

Sir, I purchased one honda Activa- DLX model from G.K.HONDA, Telibandha, Raipur, C.G. on 15th September 2013 at negotiated price of Rs.59500. Prior to that i booked the scooter in the showroom by depositing 1000 Rs as booking amount as at that time Activa wasn\'t available with them. On the day of purchase they didn\'t deduct that 1000 rupees from my final amount and i paid 59500 that day. So i paid 1000 rupees extra. When i asked them to refund the extra amount they assured me of payment at the end of the day after complete process at the time of delivering the scooter. But they refused to pay the same day and asked to come yesterday to get money through Cheque.They keep postponing the dates of payment making altogether rubbish excuses saying that the boss, who will sign the cheque, will come tomorrow again and again.I am completely harassed mentally and physically and 1000 rupees matters alot for me as i am a student.What should i do? Please Guide me.
