Dear Sir/Ma`m,
I`m Gopal Lal Panchal and i`ve an a/c with Axis Bank. On 13 Sept, 2013, i deposited a cheque of HDFC Bank (Cheque no. 255179, cheque`s issue date 30.06.2013, amount of cheque Rs 4,649/-, cheque holder name: Neeraj Sharma, a/c holder`s a/c no. in HDFC Bank: 13741140014467) in Axis bank`s branch in Gurgaon.
but on 14 Sept, 2013, i got a sms from my Axis bank that cheque has bounced due to insuffcient fund. On 16 Sept, 2013, i collected my cheque from my Axis bank.
now, i want to take some legal action against Meyestic Infotech Pvt. Ltd.`s owner Mr. Neeraj Sharma. pls help me in this matter.
