Consumer Redressal

Delay and deficiency in service occurred in the hands of two Opposite Parties. One party was held liable by the District Forum. Appeal preferred for holding the other party also liable for inordinately longer delay. The State Commission dismissed the appeal with cost (Rs.10,000/). Apparently erroneous judgment without considering the facts and evidence. Complainant/Appellant offended and aggrieved. Please advise further course of action. Is a review possible by the State Commission? What is the period of limitation? Can this be taken only to the NCDRC? Thank you.
