CHEATING BY BATA INDIA LIMITED
I purchased 3 months back 2 set of chappals for my wife and son from bata showroom at bay pride mall,ernakulam,kerala state.The number printed in the first chappal is 861-6568 and payed Rs.899 for it.The number printed on the second chappal is 661-6241 and payed Rs.499 for it.Now the sole of one chappal is worn out and the other chappal is of no use with defective sole and the edges are started to torn out.
Kindly make necessary arrangements to replace the product at the earliest.
