I had purchased Aqua Guard Total enhanve model on 16.01.2012 for an amount of Rs 10990/- through a company representative. Although only 9 months have passed, wtaer does not get collected in the container and the entire content drains out through the outlet tube without any filtration. On taking up the issue with the Company, several mechanics turned up to resolve the complaint but to no avail. My family is fed up with the inefficient services rendered by the Company nad had again reverted to bottled mineral water. Our complaint no 87637957 till date remains unresolved. I request you to kindly file a case against the company to compensate me by replacing the model immediately.
