sir,I bought 2 pairs of footwear of different designs from Aeroclub - a WOODLAND company dealer @ Mantri square, Malleshwaram, Bangalore-03 on 20/08/13 after satisfactory product appraisal particularly that they can be subjected to wear & tear usage. But after a week long usage (similar normal usage by myself & a friend), one of the pairs with its upper straps stitched above the sole gave in as its front strap got cut off. I returned the pair to the dealer on 29/08/2013 asking for replacement with a different model itself as the other pair bought along with it had its straps embedded inside the sole & was in good condition & I found the design of my pair itself faulty. The salesman promised to resolve the issue in a weeek\'s time saying it would be forwarded to the company. But after several calls & company visits, I was asked to visit the showroom on 13/09. The manager rudely denied replacement & forced me to take back the badly repaired, used piece itself. please do the needful.
