Our 1 tb Hitachi hdd sr. No. is J83RUT0V . and complaint no. given from hitachi is RMA number: 37450832. At the time of sale Hitachi distributor commited to give 3 years of warranty. WHen we had given for replacement they checked it and generate RAM NO. After process got over they came back saying hdd is physical damage. When we had given the hdd there was no physical hdd. When they took it inside the office after that they says its physical damaged. All service centre has to check and inspect the product in from of customer, they had taken inside to other office and themselves did physical damage for not giving replacement. just 11 months has passed and still 2 years of warranty is pending. How come hitachi can raise their hand from giving replacement ??? their email adress support_at@hgst.com where wew have looged compalint 4 times but found no reply.
