Consumer Redressal

I, Shatarupa Chakraborty,have bought a certificate from SUMANGAL INDUSTRIES LIMITED of their easy potato scheme worth rupees 50000 on 29/3/13 for 3 months from their Barrackpore branch, north 24 parganas, W.B. my policy no.is P 1440073551.my policy was matured on 29/6/13 as per as their given time.since then i am continuously giving them applications to refund my money as i have very critical need of this money for my mother\'s treatment purpose. In this context I would like to inform you that my mother is recently affected by cancer and getting her treatment at Tata medical centre, Rajarhat, W.B. and my father is a retired person.So i have very urgent need of my money for the continuing my mothers treatment. i have alredy submitted my mothers prescription to consider my critical condition.But the CMD of the company, Mr. Subrata Malakar, director, Mr. Indushekhar and the agent Mr. Agnishwar Das have repeatedly made fake promoses to me and not refunding my matured money. please help
