Consumer Redressal

I am a vodafone customer, my number is 9873224016. I deposited security amount to get the international roaming activated. Now I have deactivated the international roaming and want to get my security deposit reimbursed. I visited vodafone store and they told me that it cannot be reimbursed. They can only adjust the amount against the bill. I want to get my money back and not get it adjusted against the bill.
