Complaint no. S299 dated 14.09.2013 for Kent grand mineral RO(KR120501818) not attended till date despite repeated request. A simple leakage force this system to stop and service provider (Sky service, Mira road (E), Thane, phone no. 02228126007). Service provider is interested in yearly contract or at least simply selling spares. Please look in this matter and do the needful.
