Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, I Shirsendu Sarkar, appeared on the Rahara Stn Road SBI (Code-12364) under Bengal Circle Branch on dated 17th Sept.2013 but in spite of collected token I had to wait for indefinite period and latter customer collected but when I asked why it happened the cashier advised me to go BM and know the rules of bank. But a person who had no business with this matter, UN-necessarily humiliated me in front of all customers and when I asked why you have done it then he told, he had the rights to inform all of them that I previously lodged complaint to higher authority regarding branch matter. Even he dame care of anyone and told I could bring the issue to any one of SBI and as per branch choice reply would be sent. I told to RM RBO3 Bidhan Nagar but he advised me better ignore it but no punishment against the staff. Two things happened one denied cash withdrawl and then mis behaved better called Goondaraj inside SBI Complex and no action till date. Expecting my issue now be redressed.
