Consumer Redressal

I purchased a Motorola Milestone phone. The phone worked properly for a few months but then it started acting up. I had to visit the service center thrice in 3 months. The first two times I got my phone back after a week. The third time I submitted my phone to the service center I was told that I can collect my phone after a week. But then after a week I was informed that they do not have the parts & dont even know when the parts will be available. The guy at service center told me that they cant do anything since Motorola is not providing them with the parts. I was advised to call Motorola. On calling them a complaint was registered & I was told to wait for 6 DAYS to get an update on this. I called them after 6 days to get the same message that the parts are not available. I am being told that they cannot give me a replacement or a spare phone to be used in the mean time. Its been a month now that I do not have a phone. My phone is still in warranty.
