Consumer Redressal

R/Sir, I had booked a consignment with DTDC courier services(Cnsgmt No. Z91440097) from Meerut (U.P) for Bengaluru (Karnataka) on 13.08.2013, but the same still remains undelivered even after 1 month. The status of shipment on their web portal says that it had been delivered on 20.08.2013. The moment I checked that delivery status i have been trying to call at their customer service support regularly since then. I have tried more than 100 times in past 20 days almost at every Hour of the day/night, but never managed to have a conversation. Every time the IVR responds that \"All our customer care executives are busy attending to other calls, please hold the line or call again later\", and after holding the call for 20-30 mins it automatically gets disconnected. I have also tried to contact them on their authorized email id, but no response was received on my complain even after 2 reminders. Kindly suggest me by what means i can get be redressed.
