helllo sir ... i purchased a g570 lenovo laptop before some times...now its battary back is only 45 minutes..my machine num is cbo9487578 i have complained about that issue and complained num is 4270571070 ..but company service centre has refused to change my battary with out any appropriate reason ......my machine is under warranty ...so s company is liable to change my battary....as soon as possible .. ............i request u to sir plz replace my battary as soon as possible ......unless i have a option to file a case in the consumer court against lenove ....but i hope com will replace my battary in appropriate way
