Consumer Redressal

I boughat a set of partywear jwelery for my wife from Starcjalive a teleshopping channell on 8/9/2013 which was delivered on 11/9/2013 and i was shocked with the product that was delivered was a cheap product which if bought at any local store would cost me not more then a thousand rupees were as the product advertised was worth 4000+ and with discounts i purchased it for 2500 approximately. I called Customercare of starcj on the very da of delivery and they forwarded the case to their complaints dept. Wic after following me for the second time on 20/9/2013 say that the product cannot be returned for quality related issues. I cannot take a cheap quality product and feel like cheated as what was displayed on the show was a good product and what i received is a cheap copy also the necklaces in the set are smaller in size and they said that its the universal size. I fail to understand why a cheap copy of product is sold and not reyurned for ita bad quality. Please help me.
