Consumer Redressal

Hello there, I want to lodge a complaint against a big departmental store and another sweet shop in the city of Agartala, which go by the name of "Aparupa Varieties" and "Sherowali Sweets" respectively for they have been charging customers more than the MRP written on goods. They do so mostly incase of cold drinks. The same thing happened with me thrice this week. when i refused to pay them more than MRP and told them that it is a punishable offence, they humiliated me by snatching away the bottle from my hand and also dared me to complain. This is my second such complaint against them, through your portal. Previously my father too had complained against the same shops, but no actions were taken. Please kindly help us, as it's a harassment for us to go through such arguments to buy goods everyday. Thank you.
