I have given my household items to K.K. Packers & Movers to shift from Vizag to Durg and they charged Rs. 27000 for this service. I have paid the advance amount Rs. 2000 on 26th April-2017. Paid Rs. 20000 on 4th May when they collected household items. Remaining Rs.5000 I have to pay to the driver when I collect the items. Mr. Raju is the person who is dealing with us. He promised that he will deliver upto Max 4 days. But when I enquire he keep on saying that he will load the item today and will be delivered tomorrow. But everyday he keep on saying the same thing and ignoring my phone call.
