Consumer Redressal

Hello Sir/Madam, I have been cheated by a mattress shop in Marathahalli, Bangalore. I had taken a SLEEP-ON(own company of shop owner) mattress 6 months back, and I was told that if any problem with the bed in 1 year, a new bew will be given for sure. After using 2-3 months, bed went mad. There was no proper cotton inside bed. They have used the fibres of coconut inside bed, which is a big cheating. When I contacted the shop owner, he is saying he cant give new replacement. After a lot of interrogation he was ready to give another bed. When I checked the new bed, there were holes inside bed, the bed was totally in bad condition. He was again giving me the scrapped bed. He told me like, if you want take this scrapped bed, otherwise leave the place. He literally threatened me that he wont give me the new replacement.
