They deducted 2000from my card and when i complained they never considered. after a month they generated statement and i have been complaining again and again and it was never considered then now my outstanding shows Rs 6626.00. Credit card department informed me CIBIL is getting effected so please pay and later claim for refund. I paid today and when asked for refund they denied. they told it is not in policy. this is big amount. i request you to help me. I am ready to file against ICICI bank.
