HITACHI 1.5T QTM, 318HRD was bought on 21.7.2011 had complains of swing motor that was replaced 4th time by 09.9.2011. Problem persists till now. Complained on 28.8.2012 at 07930414747, no response from servicing department till now!!!! Hitachi has poor after sales service in India and consumers are fooled with Hitachi brand products those are locally assembled and sold at a high premium because of the brand value. I had suffered with SHARP and gone for Hitachi both are equally bad in service.
