I purchased a phone from nokia authorised seller, The Mobile Store,phoenix market city, pune(bill in my possesion) on the 2nd of august, 2013. a week into my phone, the started restarting on its own number times during the day. Spoke to the care line and was told it is a software problem and to have it reinstalled at the nearest nokia care centre. had it reinstalled but no change . was asked to leave it for observation for 2 days.the problem was not resolved. was then told it was sent to the regional cebtre for repair. it has been there for the last 15 days with no news on the resolution of the problem. the complaint no is #1-14608812599.Request a a refund for this defective device. please help
