Sub: Serious offence about malpractice of my consumer no. and delivering the cylinder to another person.
Dear Sir,
Lately, while delivering my last cylinder on 31.8.13 by the deliveryman B.P.Singh I have found red handed that he was trying to make an illegal entry in my Consumer Card Book of a gas cylinder which was neither booked by me nor delivered at my home.
The illegal gas cylinder was not booked myself vide order no. 1492 dt.7.6.13 Cash Memo no.1661 dt.10.6.13 and the cylinder delivery dt.13.6.13 to an unauthorized person.
On verbal interrogation to the deliveryman, he confessed that it was sold at Rs. 950/- illegally. He had visited my residence to pardon from his serious offence, which I could not pardon him as I had given an online complaint to IBP instantly on 7.8.13.
