Dear Sir / Madam ,
I have applied Form 13 from my current organization GSKCH , Rajahmundry to Regional Provident Fund Commissioner , Shimla requesting for the transfer of PF fund from the PF account HP/SML/0006162/0000059 (RPFC Shimla Himachal Pradesh) to GSKCH Trust PF Account AP/4322/19632 . The courier containing the Form 13 was send on date 08 / 04/2013 from the GSKCH head office based at Gourgon .
But till now , I have not received any response from the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner ,Shimla .
Please help me get updation from the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner , Shimla .
