I am using Tata docomo, i wanted to have a itemized bill for my prepaid number for which the customer care has asked me to send a sms request, as soon as i send the sms the company has deducted amount from my account and they are not sending the bill, the same has been raised as complaint to their customer care and after that the same has been escalated to their nodal officer and appellate officer, the total team is sleeping and cheating customers... let me know if we can sue this company for such kind of cheating ?
