Dear Sir,
I am using Idea services. From last 3-4 times this Idea company has been deducted from my main balance like Rs. 30/- some time Rs. 50/-. After complaining to customer care no one is there to listen the complain every time they are telling the same that you have used this services. Now I really became very frustrated with Idea act. They cheat their customer like this and never refund....
you are requested to pls help..
